GP Clusters

You may be aware that GP Practices in Oldham have been grouped together in Clusters to enable practices to meet the demands of new models of working within General Practice – we are in Cluster West and will be known as Milltown Alliance there are 10 practices from Wetneth and Chadderton that make up this cluster. 

The practices are:

Block Lane, Chadderton South, Chadderton Town, CH Medical, Danson Family Practice, Kapur Family Care, Littletown Family Medical Practice, St Chads, The Surgery, Woodlands. 

This may mean that in the future you may be able to attend services that are jointly provided by the cluster at one of these practices, such as Minor Surgery, Flu Injection or any other service that the cluster may provide collaboratively. We are hoping to have a patient group for the cluster and would hope there is representation from each practice so if you are interested in becoming a part of this group please inform us at the practice.
