We have now gone to electronic prescribing, you will no longer receive a prescription from the surgery, order your prescription in the same way but the prescription will now go directly to your nominated pharmacy.

Please note that we offer extended hours on a Monday evening 6.30pm until 7.10pm Dr Hasan, we also offer extended hours on a Wednesday morning with the practice nurse from 7.30am.

PATIENT ACCESS - Patients are able to register for online access to their medical records, they can book appointments online, order prescriptions and view their summary care record, if you would like to sign up to this please ask at reception. Please note if are signing up for patient online access click on the patient access header on the left hand side, your instructions from the surgery may say click on register.

 

The practice will close one afternoon a month for staff training this will be either a Wednesday or a Thursday afternoon. Patient's can check the dates by clicking on the closure tab during any practice closure out of hours cover is provided.

Waste, including unused medicines and sharps are NOT accepted from patients or members of the public as the practice is not a licensed waste contractor. Patients are to be directed to community pharmacies. Practices sharing premises with producers employed by other organisations should be careful that others` waste is not mixed with theirs, as unknown hazardous content or incorrectly handled waste may be attributed to the practice and result in prosecution and significant fines.
